For individuals, well-being coaching sessions are typically offered in a series of 8-10 sessions. Each coaching sessions tends to incorporate mindfulness meditation practices and stress management strategies.  These learned skills help to foster resilience, increase focus while quieting the distracted mind, enhance creativity, build self-awareness, and gain insights to respond gracefully to life’s challenges and triumphs. 

For business organizations, such as corporations and non-profits, Inward Success provides consultation on the implementation and execution of strategic initiatives to build a culture of health and well-being. For school systems, Inward Success offers Conscious Kids, a curriculum and instruction program for both teachers and students to develop socio-emotional learning skills.
